Founding Architect Candidate Challenge

One Method artifact.
One public repo.
Reviewed in seven days.

Continuous-review challenge for builders who want their Innorve Method artifact read by engineers who ship. The first review window is April 26 – May 31, 2026. We score four dimensions; we reward specificity over breadth. We do not award a certification.

What you produce

Pick one of eight Method artifacts.

The artifact must be built using the open Innorve Method skills at github.com/Innorve-Inc/innorve-method. Pick the one most honest about your current scenario, not the most ambitious.

How it’s reviewed

Four dimensions. Five points each. Twenty total.

01

Method Conformance

Objective check against the spec. Does the artifact match its declared type?

02

Honesty

Failures, limits, unknowns named openly. We score what you say didn't work as much as what did.

03

Specificity

Concrete scenario, not generic. The rubric rewards specificity over breadth.

04

Mode Practice

Innorve Native Mode tenets visibly evidenced. Only check the ones your artifact actually demonstrates.

Tiers

Mechanical thresholds. No softening.

FEATURED

How you submit

Two steps. The Discussion is the system of record.

STEP 01

Tag @Innorve Academy. Use #FoundingArchitectCandidate. Include your repo URL. Keep the disclaimer line verbatim: “Founding Architect Candidate is not a certification.”

STEP 02

Open a GitHub Discussion

Category Founding Architect Candidate Submissions in Innorve-Inc/innorve-method/discussions. The template enforces the required fields. The Discussion is the system of record — if it isn’t there, it wasn’t submitted.

Hard rejects

Three things will get a submission rejected without a score.

  1. 01Real customer data — names, account numbers, internal hostnames, secrets, proprietary IDs.
  2. 02Certification claims — "Innorve certification," "Certified Innorve Architect," "L4," etc. The Challenge does not award an Innorve credential.
  3. 03Not actually a Method artifact — a vendor pitch deck, a generic AI-strategy doc, an LLM transcript presented as the artifact.

Drop the link here so we don’t miss it during triage. Optional, but it cuts your time-to-first-reply.

The form is a triage notification only. Reviewers score from the Discussion + your repo, not from this form.

Use this form afteryou’ve filed your GitHub Discussion + LinkedIn post. It tells us directly that a submission is in flight so we don’t miss it during triage. The Discussion remains the system of record.

We confirm receipt within 24 hours. Per-dimension review on conforming submissions within 7 days. Featured (≥16/20) and Fast-Track (≥18/20) decisions trigger interview slots for Cohort 1.

Or apply for Cohort 1

The Challenge is independent of Cohort 1 admissions, but a Fast-Track decision triggers a priority interview slot.
