FOUNDING ARCHITECT CHALLENGE · LAUNCH WEEKSUBMISSIONS OPEN
A public challenge

Build one artifact in public.
Earn a designation. Get a fast-track.

The Founding Architect Challenge is a launch-week public exercise. Install the Innorve Method, produce one artifact using one framework, post it publicly. The strongest submissions are featured publicly and earn a fast-track interview into Cohort 1.

Important — this is not a certification. The designation earned is “Founding Architect Candidate.” This is a public recognition of a strong submission, not a credential. The L4 Certified Innorve Architect credential is issued only by the Academy through a separate evidence-based process. We do not award certification badges in the Challenge.
How it works

Five steps. No application form to fill out before you start.

The barrier is the work itself. There is no waitlist, no prerequisite, no fee.

01

Install the Innorve Method.

Add the marketplace and install the skills from the public repo. Apache 2.0. Free. No account.

02

Produce one Innorve Method artifact.

A Skill Contract (IM-04), a Capability Graph (IM-06), a Maturity Gate Report (IM-05), or a Governance Binder (IM-03). Pick whatever serves your real work.

03

Post it publicly.

Push the artifact to a public GitHub repo of your own. The link must be a permanent URL — not an attachment, not a screenshot.

04

Submit via GitHub Discussions.

Open a new Discussion in Innorve-Inc/innorve-method under the "Founding Architect Submissions" category. The template asks for: your artifact link, the framework you used, what you learned, and what you'd want a reviewer to push back on.

05

Optional — share on LinkedIn.

Use the post template in the launch pack. Tag @InnorveAcademy. We'll resurface the strongest 5–10 publicly during launch week.

Judging rubric

Four dimensions. One to five each. Twenty total.

Submissions are reviewed by the Innorve Academy faculty within seven days of receipt. Reviews are returned as a public reply on the same Discussion thread, with a numeric score on each dimension and one paragraph of feedback.

DimDimensionScale
D1

Method Conformance

Does the artifact correctly use the framework it claims? A Skill Contract that's missing inputs/outputs/evidence/refusals is non-conforming, regardless of how good the prose is.

1 – 5
D2

Honesty

Does the artifact name what's incomplete? An Incubating skill labeled as Validated, or a maturity report with no failing cases, scores low. Honest gaps are stronger than sanitized claims.

1 – 5
D3

Specificity

Does the artifact reference real systems, real refusals, real edge cases? Generic submissions that could apply to any company score low. Detail wins.

1 – 5
D4

Mode Practice

Does the artifact reflect Innorve Native Mode — architecting first, evidence before claims, naming the human accountable? An impressive autonomous demo with no human in the chain scores low.

1 – 5
What submissions earn

Two recognition tiers. Both public.

Every conforming submission gets a public review with a score and feedback. The two higher-scoring tiers are recognized publicly and routed.

Featured (≥16/20)

Publicly featured.

Surfaced on the Academy site, on Innorve Academy LinkedIn, and quoted in launch-week posts (with attribution). Earns the Founding Architect Candidate designation.

Stay honest

What not to submit.

Do not submit work that contains real customer data, real vendor names, or real audit details. Synthetic or anonymized only. Submissions that include identifying customer information will be rejected and the Discussion thread closed.

Do not submit screenshots or attachments. The artifact must be readable as text in a public repository — that is the whole point of the exercise.

Do not submit one-line claims. A submission that says “I built a Skill Contract” with no link is not a submission. The link is the artifact.

Ready? Submit when you are.

The Challenge runs for launch week and beyond. Submissions are reviewed continuously. The earlier you submit, the more visibility your work gets during launch.
